Osmotherley is an unspoilt village ideally located for a relaxing break, quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes to the local market town of Northallerton and close to Thirsk (Herriot country) and a wealth of North Yorkshire attractions and villages. Easy access to everything you will need including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. (including 3 in the village itself). There is also a small village shop / post office, chip shop, cafe and outdoor clothing shop.

The cottage has many traditional features mixed with the essentials for modern living. Central heating and stove provide the heat while there is a modern kitchen with everything you need to make yourself comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms all have TVs, two include king size double beds and 1 with a single bed. There is a dining room with seating 6, a lounge with seating for 5 plus LCD TV, freeview, a playstation2, XBox 360 and a selection of games and DVDS. Outside there is also a small courtyard garden slightly offset to the rear of the cottage with table, chairs and benches plus parasol ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine on a warm evening.
