Located 1½ miles from Rosedale Abbey, set in the heart of the beautiful North York Moors National Park, and furnished to a very high standard, we offer either self catering or bed and breakfast holiday accommodation in two beautifully refurbished cottages. Guests are invited to enjoy our beautiful garden with panoramic views over the dales. Private off street car parking is also available.

Ideally located for walking, exploring the moors or just simply relaxing. Within easy driving distance is ‘Heartbeat’ and ‘Herriot’ country. Other local attractions include the North York Moors Steam Railway, Castle Howard, Malton, Pickering,York and the east coast towns of Scarborough, Whitby and Filey – to name just a few!.

Both our properties are smoke and pet free and offer a fully fitted kitchen, which includes, Electric oven and hob, with cooker hood and light, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and washing machine. All ideal for evenings you do not feel like going out. We also offer the use of an outside barbeque.

The cottages are available indivudually or can be hired as a pair to suit larger parties.

Ann's Cottage: Offers accommodation for two adults, including a king size double bed or twin beds, with en-suite facilities, shower, heated towel rail and accessories.
