Details for Blinkbonny Holiday Cottage

This well presented cottage is situated in the east side of Glaisdale which overlooks Eskdale and is situated within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, 10 miles from Whitby and 21 Miles from Pickering.

The village is surrounded by beautiful expanses of moorland and the cottage provides an ideal base for walking and exploring the National Park and the spectacular North Yorkshire Coast.

The cottage is 250 yards from the village railway station with links up and down Eskdale and also to Whitby, Grosmont for the interchange with the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway and also to Middlesbrough and beyond.

The village pub is 100 yards down the road and serves good food and a selection of local real ales. Further round the village there is a general store and post office , next door there is also an award winning butcher that produces superb pork pies and quality meats.

The accommodation sleeps 4 people spread over three floors. The groundfloor consits of a kitchen with all usual facilities including a washing machine and tumble drier. The lounge/dining room has a dining table with seating for four people and a lounge area with leather sofa and two easy chairs.

The 1st floor has 1 double bedroom with good  views out onto the top end of the village and surrounding countryside, a large built in wardrobe is included and two small chest of draws are on each side of the bed. There is also a Bathroom with shower over the...
