This traditionally built brick semi-detached property is one of 14 cottages within Claxton Grange. Set in 16 acres of private grounds – including areas of woodland, orchards and a wildlife pond – this lovely cottage comes with the use of an indoor heated swimming pool, games room and tennis court.

Delightful sitting room with electric fire in a feature fireplace. Pool House: Indoor heated swimming pool, open daily all year round. Full changing and shower facilities, games room, garden room opening onto a large enclosed lawned area.
Full oil fired central heating throughout with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, colour TV, video, radio, stereo/CD player etc. Coin-operated laundry on site. Garden room with library of books, videos and games.
