Castleton Cottage is a traditional, stone-built Yorkshire cottage set in glorious countryside and ideal for getting away from it all and offers sleeping accommodation for groups of up to four people in 2 bedrooms.
Organised in an ‘upside-down’ fashion, the bedrooms are on the ground floor, whilst the living accommodation is upstairs, benefiting from spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. For the summer months there is a walled garden to the rear of the property, allowing you to sit and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. In the winter, you can still watch the sunset from the sitting room, warmed by the gas central heating and the flame-effect fire.
Accommodation Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. First floor bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. First floor fitted kitchen with dining area. First floor sitting room with flame effect fire.
Full gas central heating with additional heating from flame effect fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV, video, DVD, stereo/CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Abundant off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden to rear with garden furniture and BBQ. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
