Exposed beams compliment the heavy stone wall construction, and the decoration maintains the charactor and charm. Located at the edge of the North York Moors National Park, in a peaceful location in the village of Snainton, which boasts a village shop, post office, two petrol stations, doctor’s surgery and two pubs all within easy walking distance. An excellent children's play area is also available in the village. An ideal base for walking, touring and exploring the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and Yorkshire’s heritage coastline, including Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, Robin Hoods bay, Runswick Bay and much more. The historic market town of Pickering is nine miles to the west complete with the famous North York Moors Steam Railway. The historic City of York is an easy drive away and makes an excellent day out.
