Stable Cottage is a Grade II listed, stone and pan tiled terraced cottage converted from a former barn in the hamlet of Houlsyke, two miles from Danby in the North Yorks Moors National Park. Ideal for families as it contains a double bedroom and a room with children's bunk beds as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people in comfort. The cottage also contains a small fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining table and an electric fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed terraced garden (accessed by 8 steps) with a patio and garden furniture and a BBQ.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x children's bunk room with 2' 6" bunk beds. Lower ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Small fitted kitchen. Sitting room with electric fire and dining area.
Heating from oil filled radiators, additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, combi microwave/grill, fridge, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed terraced garden (accessed by 8 steps) with patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets. Shop and pub 2 miles.
