This attractive stone built cottage is situated in a quiet, position within the rural North York Moors village of Danby in North Yorkshire.This property is full of unique features and is well suited to a family or a group of friends.
The cottage has been created by skilfully converting an old farm building that is attached to the owner's 17th Century farmhouse. Outside there is a south-facing cobbled courtyard with garden furniture - ideal for relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying a summer picnic. This is an excellent retreat away from the hustle-and-bustle of modern life.
Accommodation: Three bedrooms: 1 x double with TV and wonderful views over Moors, 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath (with electric shower over), washbasin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with washbasin and WC. Well equipped fitted kitchen with spacious dining area overlooking courtyard. Sitting room with open fire and French doors leading to south facing cobbled courtyard.
Heating from electric storage heaters and additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs, DVD player, CD player etc. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair by request. Sunny courtyard with garden furniture and shared use of owner's large enclosed garden. Off road parking for 2 cars. Well behaved pet welcome (additional charge). Sorry no smoking. Shop 2 miles and pub 5 mins walk.
