Built to an L-shape plan around the site's original farmhouse, this lovely cottage offers comfortable and cosy ground floor accommodation which has been decorated and furnished to a good standard throughout. The front of the property also boasts a pretty garden and conservatory, with views over stunning countryside to the cliffs at Robin Hood's Bay.
Accommodation: All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Comfortable open plan living area with kitchen, dining and comfortable sitting areas. Conservatory to front of cottage with views over garden and fields to cliffs at Robin Hood’s Bay.
Heating from night storage heaters and additional heating from gas stove in living room. Electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine/dryer, colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD player etc. Power charged by coin meter. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Pretty lawned front garden area. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 5 minutes walk.
