Details: The Golden Square Caravan & Camping Park is set directly in ‘James Herriot’ country, and very close to ‘Heartbeat’ country. This beautiful location is just 2˝ miles from the bustling market town of Helmsley with its full range of shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. It is a truly superb location with excellent views across farmland to the forest and moorland beyond.

An excellent location from which to explore the surrounding countryside with numerous activities and attractions available to suit all pockets, including: Castle Howard, the North York Moors Steam Railway and the Walled Gardens at both Scampston and Helmsley. The area is also a haven for those seeking more active pursuits with golf, tennis, badminton, pony trekking, swimming, fishing, walking, and a cycling all available locally.
