As well as the stunning open countryside and spectacular views of the North York Moors we are also close to Castle Howard, the historic city of York, the spectacular east coast, Whitby, North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway, Pickering, Eden Camp, Scarborough, Heartbeat and Herriot country.

Both our bedrooms have en-suites, there are two rooms to choose from, one double and one twin both of which are comfortable furnished to a good standard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. In cooler months there will be a roaring log fire and a resident’s lounge to welcome you.

We provide a good varied diet suitable for special or vegetarian taste and we are conveniently positioned (2 minutes away!) from the local village pub serving tasty evening meals.
