This 19th Century, semi-detached mill cottage is in the village of Hinderwell just off the High Street and has retained many of its original features - sleeps 3.
The accommodation is snug and welcoming; there is a compact bathroom and two beautifully presented bedrooms, one double room with a Victorian fireplace and a single room. The kitchen is ‘small but perfectly formed’ and the warm and cosy sitting room has a beamed ceiling and a traditional stone and brick fireplace with an electric stove. Just off the sitting room is the dining area. The cottage is just a two minute walk from the local shop and public house. Ideally placed to see the North York Moors and Yorkshire coast, this property is a super base for a holiday.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single. Compact bathroom with shower, small basin and WC. Small fitted kitchen. Cosy sitting room with dining area.
Heating from oil filled radiators with additional heating from electric stove in sitting room. Electric hob, combination microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, stereo etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Roadside parking nearby. One small well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk.
