This property is situated in Hutton-le-Hole at the end of a row of traditional terraced cottages. From the outside, it blends in well with its picturesque setting, being built from sandstone and having a traditional, red-pantile roof. Tasteful and modern cottage ideal for a group of friends - 2 beds.
Inside, exposed beams and an open fire add to its charm and it even has a large garden with a barbecue for the summer months. Two tastefully decorated double bedrooms offer enough sleeping accommodation for up to four people and there is off-road parking available for one car.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms: 2 x double (one with sloping beamed ceiling) Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with dining table. Lovely sitting room with open fire.
Full oil fired central heating throughout with additional heat from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), washing machine, colour TV, video, DVD player, radio/CD player etc. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. Bed linen and towels inc. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for one car. Large, enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: there is an open stream at the bottom of the garden - children should be supervised.
