Exclusively for adults. £39 to £50pppn dependent on length of stay, quality en suite bedrooms full of character in our 17th century farmhouse, including doubles, twins (one on the ground floor with walk in shower) we do not always charge a supplement for a single room, please ask. • All en suite with shower, toilet, washbasin, fluffy towels and an array of luxury toiletries. • Bedrooms have flat screen digital TV’s, hospitality tray with tea, coffee, Horlicks, Hot chocolate, biscuits and a night time chocolate treat. • Breakfasts are a scrumptious farmhouse feast using locally sourced produce and home baked bread. Self catering cottages created from historic stone barns: £300 to £670 dependent on season and size of cottage. Five luxury self catering cottages converted from historic barns set around a south facing courtyard. Every cottage has wonderful panoramic views from huge lounge windows of rolling hills and fertile fields, to the north the North York Moors, to the south the Yorkshire Wolds. • High standards of cleanliness comfort and equipment guaranteed. • Safe parking. No smoking or pets. Children are welcome but no play equipment is provided. Please note: there is a deep unfenced pond at the far side of our orchard, away from the cottages but accessible to all.
All cottages are spacious, lounges have flat screen TV’s and floor to ceiling windows giving amazing views. Fully equipped kitchens including dishwashers.

Dove Cottage sleeps 2 in one bedroom, king size bed, en suite walk in shower room, all ground floor.

Orchard Cottage sleeps 2 to 5 in two bedrooms, one double and one triple, bathroom with shower over bath, all ground floor.

Primrose Cottage sleeps 2 to 5 in 3 bedrooms, one double, 1 twin and 1 single. 

Wren and Granary Cottages each sleep 2 to 4 in 2 bedrooms, Wren has 1 double and 1 twin. Granary has 1 King size and 1 twin. 

Eating out and Activities: There are many good pubs and restaurants close by and Pickering offers a diverse range of eateries and takeaways. Activities nearby include walking the moors and forest, mountain biking, cycling, golf, fishing and horse riding.
