Rockland Lodges offer 14 luxury self catering log cabins in Pickering, the heart of North Yorkshire and on the fringe of the North York Moors national Park. Set in a private woodland setting with excellent views.

A unique complex of just 14 luxury self catering lodges set within a beautiful woodland glen. Nestled amidst pine trees, each four star timber lodge has French doors which open to a wooden veranda where you can float away whilst taking in the truly spectacular views and watch the profusion of wildlife, both furred and feathered. The tranquil unspoilt scenery makes it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy relaxing holiday or romantic getaway. Whether you're after a short break or longer summer or winter holiday, come to Rocklands Lodges near Pickering.

Accommodation: There are 3 types of lodges to choose from sleeping from between 2 and 6 people.

Studio Lodges are beautifully designed and offer open plan living with either double or twin bed, ideally sleeping 2.

The Deluxe One Bedroom Lodges provide a separate double bedroom plus spacious kitchen & living room.

Family Lodges boast 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, making these lodges ideal for families. All the lodges have there own private outside decking area with seating and a table. The fully fitted kitchens include; oven, hob, fridge and microwave. All glasses, plates and cutlery provided. The cosy living areas are all furnished with comfortable seating, coffee table and a TV /DVD player.

The Supreme Lodge is Rocklands detached 2 bed lodge boasting 2 bathrooms, one family and one en-suite. It has all the facilities of the family lodges and is ideally placed...

next to the children's play area making it the perfect family accommodation. The lodge also has a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace and Plasma TV.

Bathrooms are fitted with luxury showers plus good quality bath towels.

Bedrooms have all linen provided, radio alarms and hairdryers. Each lodge includes a complimentary welcome pack of milk, coffee, tea and light bites.

On Site: We will personally supervise the lodges as we live on site and will ensure that your stay lives up to our usual high standards. As guests we invite you to relax and enjoy the tranquil setting, with its woodland aroma and the sound of nature just outside your door.On site guests will find BBQs a Children's play area, Bike hire and free rental of over 60 DVDs. There are also private car parking spaces outside each lodge.

Local Area: We are close to the historic and picturesque market towns of Pickering and Hemlsey which both have a wide range of pubs, restaurants & bistros, within walking distance is the nearby village of Wrelton and its wonderful pub, The Buck Inn, which serves a warm welcome and fantastic food. Rocklands lodges provide a perfect base to explore the attractions of the North Yorkshire Moors and the beautiful coastline of Whitby and Scarborough. With the many museums and attractions the area has to offer, along with the excellent eateries and pubs Rocklands Lodges always has something for everyone no matter what your age.
