There is also a small front terrace, on which visitors can enjoy an evening meal or just spend a relaxing day in the sun. There are plenty of local amenities and activities close by, including the village pub, local shop and a butchers as well as a nine-hole golf course and a miniature steam railway.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x small 4' double (access from one side only). Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Fitted galley style kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with gas fire.
Full gas central heating with additional heat from living flame gas fire in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Off road parking and garage for 2 cars. Small front terrace with garden seat. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
