Full gas central heating throughout with additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x colour TVs, basic Freeview, DVD, video, Hi-fi system etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent.
