Experience traditional Yorkshire village life in this superb cottage. Built in 1850, this cottage is a pretty Yorkshire red brick semi-detached property and is situated on the edge of the rural village of Skerne near Bridlington and Hornsea.
Just 10 miles from Beverley, this welcoming former farm worker's property has been comfortably and traditionally furnished throughout to provide plenty of character. The living space is composed of a fitted kitchen with breakfast area, and a sitting room with dining area and open fire. With the North York Moors, Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby all within easy driving distance, this makes a great base for exploring the region.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with breakfast area. Sitting room with dining area and open fire.
Storage heaters throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, video, DVD, radio/CD player etc. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking for 1 car. Small enclosed patio to rear with garden furniture and BBQ.
