We are located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Teesside, but are within easy reach to be convenient. Accommodation Our hotel comprises of two adjoining extensively re-built and re-furbished 17th Century country cottages that now offer eight individually designed bedrooms with modern facilities, but retaining the cosy country feel. All bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard with en-suite facilities. Dining Facilities We have developed a charming breakfast area for hotel guests with real fires serving freshly prepared full English or continental breakfast, and an area is available to relax in comfortable chairs with views of Roseberry topping. Outside there are private gardens and purpose built patio area where, in summer guests of the hotel can enjoy a refreshing drink. Directly adjacent to the hotel is The Kings Head Restaurant which serves a variety of freshly produced interesting food, using high quality products from the local areas.
