Electric oven, gas hob, fridge (no ice box), dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD/cassette player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Car park 300 yrds away. Loading/unloading outside property permitted after 4pm. Bike storage. Small shared yard. Store with garden chairs and space for bikes/pushchairs etc. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 1 min, seafront 2 mins.
