Overlooking the famous old railway viaduct, under which a steam train passes every day on its way to Whitby, this delightful property boasts comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated open plan living, with a small patio area outside and a large, enclosed, communal garden with children's play equipment. Providing shared use of the indoor swimming pool and a slipway down to the river from the garden, the property also makes an ideal base from which to enjoy the delights of Whitby and the many coastal villages nearby, such as beautiful Robin Hood's Bay and the popular seaside resort of Scarborough.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with Whirlpool bath, basin and WC. Open plan living area with small kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.
Storage heaters throughout with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, use of communal washing machines, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Shared use of communal indoor swimming pool (available 9am - 6pm seven days a week, excluding month of Feb). Off road parking for one car. Enclosed, communal garden with private patio with garden furniture and BBQ. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.
