13. Terms & Conditions

The following applies to advertising on Let’s Stay North York Moors:

1. An order is deemed to be placed once either verbal, email or fax instructions have been given by the client
2. Cancellation charge in the first 4 weeks = 50%
3. Cancellation charge after 4 weeks = 100%
4. Payment terms - 14 days from the date of invoice
5. A late payment charge of 5% will be applicable for payments not received by the payment date shown on the invoice
6. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of advertising information
7. Renewals
- a renewal notice with renwal date and price will be issued a minimum of 2 weeks before the renewal date
- it is the clients responsibility to advise by letter or email prior to the renewal date, if the renewal is to be declined
- a listing is deemed to have been renewed and the full cost will become payable once the renewal date has passed
