Whitby April Walks - Visit parts of Whitby that other visitors miss. Join the Storywalker dressed in character costume on a Heritage Town Tour, Ghost Walk or In Serach of Dracula. Group maximum 70 persons.

Books by the Beach | Scarborough Book Festival -  We have a very exciting line up and the big bonus event on Monday 28th April is Jo Nesbo. Tickets are now available at Scarborough Tourist Information Centre tel 01723 372075.

Easter at the North York Moors Steam Railway - one of the world's greatest heritage railway experiences with thrills and family fun at its heart. Climb on board a steam or heritage diesel train and experience 24 miles of Yorkshire's amazing scenery at this must-see visitor attraction. Each child visiting this Easter will receive a free activity sheet (collection from the Booking Offices) and have the chance to win two of our mischievous railway bears and a family ticket.

Scarborough Literature Festival - The perfect place to spend a 'Long Weekend'. Soak up the atmosphere, meet your favourite authors and catch festival fever!

Whitby Goth Weekend - Alternative Goth and punk weekend. In and around Whitby and Whitby Pavilion Complex. Lots of bands, stalls and other events. Everyone welcome.
