Cafes & Tea Rooms
Cafes and tearooms go hand in hand with walking and touring, which is one of the main reasons that visitors come to the North York Moors. A long walk is always well rewarded by a sit down to rest weary feet, maybe with an open fire it it's cold, and a nice cup of tea. There are lots of different types of cafes and tearooms in the region they cater for all tastes and budgets. Some are appealingly small and cheerful, whereas others are quite sizeable and have catered for the more upmarket customer for a very long time. As you'll soon see during your visit in North Yorkshire, no village is complete without a tearoom or a café and hopefully it will have both!
