The award winning Gourmet Restaurant and Brasserie is professionally run by Chef Sean Wilkinson. Sean and his team are passionate about their meals, all of which are freshly prepared to order and the menus are adapted for the season. All the ingredients are sourced from local suppliers. The Restaurant Manager at Chapters is Christopher Neal and with his team, offer a first class table service at all times. They are here to help enable all their guests have a wonderful experience.

There are two dining rooms at Chapters; the restaurant is for diners who prefer a more formal gourmet service & dining experience, and is ideal whether your reservation is for business, romance or just because you love fine dining. The Brasserie is close to the Wine Bar where guests prefer the more relaxed and casual side of eating out.
