Details: Ingleby Cross is located on the Western fringe of the North Yorkshire Moors adjacent to the A172 Stokesley road. It nestles in the shadows of the Cleveland Hills and is directly situated on the Coast to Coast walk.

It is an extremely idyllic village and is very peaceful. There are beautiful walks to discover up the adjacent Cleveland hills with stunning views from the top. The name of the village is taken from the cross roads in which the village is centred around. There is also an eye catching war memorial in the shape of a cross in the centre of the village green.

Ingleby Cross is very small village but is supported by its much larger neighbour Ingleby Arncliffe which almost merges with Ingleby cross into one. Ingleby Cross includes a post office, pub and Hollow Creations, the showroom for affordable art which exhibits beautiful pieces of work to view or purchase, created in a diverse range of styles and media from many different artists and is well worth a visit.

Just a mile away from the village is Mount Grace Priory and to the Cleveland Tontine.

Buses run fairly regularly in both directions towards Northallerton and Stokesley at approximately once per hour between 8am and 5pm.
