This 51 peg fishery is located on the outskirts of the town, all the pegs are of wooden construction and a trolley-friendly stone path surrounds the lake.
The lake is stocked with the following species: Common, Mirror, Ghost, Leather, Fone and Crucian Carp, Ide, Rudd, Roach, Barbel, Perch, Chub, Bream, Tench and Gudgeon.
Facilities available include: A toilet block with disabled access, showers, a caravan and camping area with electrical hook-up, (points for a maximum of 5 vans). The caravan site is a Five-CL certified site registered with the Camping and Caravanning Club.
