Surrounded by woods and farmland, it is reached via a long wooded drive past extensive lawns to a large car park. Open seven days a week, this is the ideal place for a family party, a quiet evening/ lunchtime meal, or for a drink and a delicious snack on the veranda. Dining: The lunch menu is available Monday to Saturday from 12-6pm and offers a selection of delicious meals using mainly local produce. A sample of some of the dishes available on the lunch menu include: Cod & Chips - Deep fried cod in beer batter served with chips & crushed peas, Cajun Chicken Flat Bread - Cajun spiced breast of chicken layered onto char grilled flat bread with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and lemon mayonnaise, Asparagus & Mushroom Salad - Char Grilled asparagus & portobello mushroom with parmesan & hollandaise sauce…...and that’s just a taster! After 6 Menu: In the evening we offer a wide selection of starters, snacks, salads, pasta & rice dishes, steaks & a range of fish dishes. On Sundays enjoy a traditional Sunday lunch of beef, lamb or pork. Wines: There is a wide selection of fine white & red wines to choose from. Whites include; Chenin Blanc from the Avondale Estate and Sancerre le Perrier, Reds include Merlot, Nebbiolo, Rioja Tinto Crianza plus many more. We also have a selection of sparkling wines & champagne. Business: Our conference room provides a professional but relaxed environment for all your conferencing needs.
